ABOUT
D’Anthony Jackson is an author, founder, and award-winning influencer marketer based in New York City.
Currently as vice president and director of strategy at Ogilvy, he is building a team of social strategists and creating dynamic work for the agency's social and digital health offering and clients. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University where he built the universities first-ever influencer marketing strategy course and teaches mass communications.

He is the author of 20four, founder of globly., and cofounder of the National Millennial Community. He has spoken on a variety of professional panels including digital and social media with Edelman, influencer marketing with Nielsen, millennials in the workplace with McDonald’s, and more.

He received the 2023 IMC Hall of Fame Award, the first award given to a graduate of the University of West Alabama. He also received a 2022 SABRE award along with his agency team for the Influencer Pay Gap study, a first-of-its-kind study that highlights the current state of influencer marketing as it relates to diversity and pay equity. Along with this work, he has been quoted in NBC News, Business Insider, Ebony, and a variety of media outlets.

He holds a master’s degree in public relations from the University of Southern Mississippi where he graduated cum laude, wrote the blueprint for the annual magazine, THE PURSUIT, and led the student-run PR firm. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of West Alabama where he served as SGA president and president of his fraternity chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha.
